Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We accept returns and exchanges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Please contact us at hello@loellamedina.com before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package—we are not responsible for items that get lost in the mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back after the 30 days are not eligible for return. 

If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new piece must be available to purchase at the time of the exchange (within 30 days of original purchase). The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.

We stand by our work and offer full guarantee that your jewelry has been made to last. We offer free repairs for any component that is faulty due to workmanship or materials.
